Site analytics
When enabled, analytics records page views and card clicks, page and destination addresses, the date, referring hostname, browser family, and operating system. New analytics use a keyed daily identifier instead of storing your raw IP address in event records. These identifiers can associate visits within a day; they are not verified counts of people. Historical aggregate figures from the previous DBH hub are retained separately. The site honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Signed-in administrators are excluded from new tracking. No third-party analytics scripts are used.
Accounts and community
Accounts store your username, display name, password hash, and the private recovery details you supply. Your posts and comments are visible according to the community category settings. Text messages are visible to their participants; administrators can inspect conversations for reports and debugging, and that access is recorded. Administrators can review reports, moderate posts, suspend accounts, and verify recovery requests. Do not submit sensitive information in recovery details or messages.
Essential cookies and security
An essential session cookie supports sign-in and form protection. A durable browser cookie helps limit repeat registrations. Security rate limits use hashed identifiers based on the network address. Administrators may store IP addresses they explicitly exclude from tracking. Page-editor recovery drafts are saved locally in the administrator's browser. Linked applications and the hosting provider may keep separate logs or cookies.
